On October, 2 the Ambassador-designate of Georgia to the Republic of Bulgaria, Zurab Khamashuridze, presented the copies of credentials to the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria, Elena Shekerletova.

 

At the meeting with the Deputy Minister, Ambassador discussed the dynamics of bilateral relations between Georgia and Bulgaria, expressed his readiness to intensify cooperation and partnership and emphasized the importance of expanding regional cooperation for common security and stability.

 

Deputy Minister, expressed support for Georgia's territorial integrity and sovereignty, as well as its European aspirations. She emphasized Georgia's geostrategic role and the importance of ensuring peace and stability in the Black Sea region.

 

Deputy Minister wished Zurab Khamashuridze successful tenure and confirmed her readiness for cooperation.
