Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Republic of Bulgaria, Zurab Khamashuridze, presented the letters of credence to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, H.E. Rumen Radev.
Following the credential presentation ceremony, the Ambassador held a meeting with the President. The two officials reviewed the current state of bilateral relations between Georgia and Bulgaria and discussed prospects for their further development.
Particular emphasis was placed on Georgia’s European integration process and the security situation in the region. They also explored opportunities to expand cooperation in the areas of transport and energy, as well as to enhance partnerships among the countries of the Black Sea basin.
