Ambassador Otar Berdzenishvili met with the Rector of the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” Prof. Georgi Valchev.
During the meeting, the perspectives of deepening the existing cooperation between Georgia and Bulgaria in the field of education were discussed, especially the activation of interaction between higher educational institutions. Both sides emphasized the need to implement exchange programs for professors and students and the importance of organizing joint conferences and seminars.
The ambassador expressed his willingness to actively cooperate with the university. Several joint events of the Embassy and University are already in the pipeline, which will take place in the future.
