On March 27, in the framework of a working visit to Plovdiv, Ambassador Otar Berdzenishvili held meetings with Plovdiv Mayor Kostadin Dimitrov and regional Governor Iliya Ziumbilev.

During the meeting, parties reviewed bilateral relations, especially emphasizing the reinforcement of ties between municipalities, deepening people-to-people contacts, and promoting cooperation in the field of cultural and tourism connectivity.

The Bulgarian side assured full support, in the implementation of the projects initiated by the embassy within the framework of public diplomacy.
